For months, I wanted to photograph these wonderful characters commonly called Madonnari, beyond their outfit, fantastic because functional to their work, there is the question:
draw a picture, a copy of a work of art, a work that will eventually be swept away by a secchiatta soapy water, just by its creator, with the courage of heroes.
For the moment I have photographed some of which operate at Florence, the Japanese with a jacket and Stone Island, but who knows, it ends up that I do a section Madonnari Outfit.
